Limburg Landscape

Marl Quarry 't Rooth is located at just a few minutes walking distance from the resort. People still mine for marl here. The Limburg Landscape Foundation offers various excursions here (registration required). You can also walk through the part of the quarry that has been repurposed as a nature reserve, and you can even see wild Konik horses there.
